**Job Description**:
Sandy Beach Hotel and Resort in Al Aqah, Fujairah, is looking for a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking food, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that the culinary team delivers high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking food according to the menu
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and within the given time frame
- Monitor the quality of the ingredients and ensure that they are used efficiently
- Manage the kitchen staff in the absence of the Chef de Partie
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
- Assist in the preparation of inventory and ordering of supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of different cuisines
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead kitchen staff when required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Relevant culinary degree or certificate is preferred but not required
