**Administration Exposure**:

- Ensure that manpower resources are best utilized at it's optimal level. Ensure new and transfer employees are properly trained and oriented to their assigned positions.
- Roster and Schedule are well planned and deploy workers on site in accordance with their positions and roles to ensure the minimum staff deployment.
- Ensure the minimum required level of attendance of the staff at deployment by coordinating the teams.
- Administer the staff for their tasks and work sheets
- Review daily work sheets and reports to ensure that delivery schedules of incoming and outgoing shipments are delivered within the schedules.
- Addressing the challenges at work by building an effective communication channels between the working teams to remove deficiencies up to the appropriate levels. Find practical solution to the problems and share with the teams.
- Ensure that all employees' appearance adheres to the uniform and grooming standards.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records and report any issues to designated personnel in the hierarchy.

**Operational Insights**:

- Review of the workflows for a coherent and smooth delivery process of incoming and outgoing shipments. Remove obstacles and refine SOPs in line with the workflows for a better and effective channel distribution of resources.
- Understanding of workflows in a loading bay operations, the processes, and the SOP's in general.
- Must be able to build an effective communication between the stakeholders of those who are directly or indirectly involved in the communication channels in accordance with the workflows, and will be able to assist resolve issues and problems in operations overall.
- Ensure to maintain the minimum and maximum levels of stocks for all consumables and tools and spares including the equipment's schedule to avoid any disruption to the operations.
- Will be able to make, review and alter SOP's in accordance with the operational scope of workflows and scope of the service jobs. Timely reviews of workflows are critical to SOP's to avoid any failure to the jobs.
- Daily routine checklists and maintaining register's for a neat and clean environment. Advise staff and evolve changes necessary for a hygiene and healthy culture.
- Ensuring the removal of wastes on time for a healthy environment for all.
- Ensure to mobilize staff resources for any possible stacking of shipments or jobs which may cause stoppages of workflows or workflow cycles.
- Ensure all time healthy & safety practices in the work environment for all by ensuring the safety measures in accordance with the QHSE standards (Quality, Health and Safety Environment).
- Be a team building and problem solving personality across the members of the team. Ensure the engagement of the team members and resolution of conflicts amongst them.
- Customer Care Service ability to hold. Ensure that all the customers' needs are well addressed and in case of complaints, the best possible solutions to their complaints. Ability to escalate the complaints to the designated authorities if complaints persist and out of mandate or scope.
- It is the Manager's responsibility to maintain a work environment completely free of harassment. Harassment is defined as: _(a)any unwelcome physical contact, or (b) communication of a verbal, written, pictorial or gestural nature relating to an individual's body, race, color, attire, sexual orientation, marital status, ethnic or religious origins._

**Qualifications**:

- Must be graduate or above

**Skills Required**:

- Immediately or less than 30 days

**Experience**:

- A manager role or a similar role is required
- Relevant experience in the Logistics or DIFC based company experience will be an advantage
