Provide an excellent guest drinking experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and other requested drinks.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of our menu offerings, including food and beverage options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer payments accurately, handle cash transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system effectively. Maintain accountability and accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Be able to describe menu items, make recommendations, and provide information on ingredients and allergens.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a bartender and waiter/waitress is preferred.
- Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and wine.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift trays of food and drinks.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene practices related to food handling and service.
- Responsible alcohol service certification may be required, depending on local regulations.
