Job Title: Balloon Artist and Decorator

**Job Description**:
**Position Overview**:
As a Balloon Artist and Decorator for our kids' parties and events business, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable and visually captivating experiences for our clients. Your expertise in balloon artistry and decoration will transform ordinary spaces into whimsical and enchanting settings that delight children and parents alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Balloon Artistry**: Create intricate and imaginative balloon garlands, and arrangements to enhance the thematic appeal of events.

2. **Event Decoration**: Execute balloon decor concepts that align with the party theme, incorporating elements like arches, columns, centerpieces, and backdrops.

3. **Installation and Setup**: Safely and efficiently set up balloon decorations at event venues, paying attention to detail and aesthetics.

4. **Inventory Management**: Keep track of balloon supplies, order replacements as necessary, and maintain an organized inventory.

5. **Cleanup**: Dismantle and responsibly dispose of balloons and decorations after events, leaving the venue in its original condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in balloon artistry and decoration, with a portfolio of past work.
- Creativity and an eye for detail to execute unique and visually appealing designs.
- Strong communication skills for client consultations and interactions during events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Availability to work on weekends and evenings for parties and events.

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month
