Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, a preopening hotel, is looking for an experienced **Food and Beverage Coordinator **to join their extraordinary team Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park will include 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

**Your day to day**
- As Food and Beverage Coordinator, your role will be that of an efficient administrator and office manager providing key support to the Food & Beverage Department. This varied and dynamic role will see you attending departmental meetings for minute taking and distribution, ensure proper timekeeping of F&B and process leave accordingly, and co-ordinate and oversee people management software and ensure correct and efficient rostering.
- Maintain and control all necessary correspondences and filing system
- Take messages and ensure communication is effective & passed on
- Take care of F&B mailing and provide relevant correspondence with Guest queries
- Be familiar with Food & Beverage Operation functionality and Special Task
- Maintain good relationship with other departments
- Provide guest excellent Service as required
- Works closely outside departments such as Human Resources and Payroll to ensure that the F&B department performance reviews, payroll/edits or approvals are done in HRIS as well as logs attendance points and;
- Track paperwork flow between HR /Payroll and F&B and other departments as required
- As requested, assists department with scheduling
- Answers phones photocopies, faxes, files, scans
- Orders office supplies for department
- Keep F&B bulletin Board updated
- Coordinates interview time between Recruiter and F&B management
- Participate and assist F&B in all meetings relevant to the Department, take minutes of meetings if required
- Menu preparation

**What we need from you**
- Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management plus 2 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pre-opening experience is ideal and preferable
