Quality Management DIVISION

The QM division has 2 streams (QA and SDET), which gives the opportunity to grow both technically and as a manager. There’s a possibility to switch from manual testing to automatization, with the help of almost 300 hundred experienced colleagues. We work with various domains: transportation, travel, fashion, finance etc.

**Responsibilities**:
Execute manual tests, document test results, and work with developers to resolve defects

Report defects and issues found during testing, and work with developers to ensure that they are resolved

Communicate technical issues and testing progress to stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and product owners

**Requirements**:
**Ideally you have**:
At least 0.5 years of QA experience

Good understanding of QA process

Knowledge and skills to work in agile environment

Good analytical skills

Understanding of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL or other database management systems to create and execute basic database queries to validate data integrity

Ability to manage time effectively to meet testing deadlines

Being self-motivated and willing to learn new stuff

B2 and higher level of both spoken and written English

**Nice to have**:
Basic understanding of test automation

Basic scripting knowledge

Familiarity with basic debugging

Basic understanding of performance testing
