**Job Title: Executive Hotel Laundry Manager - Start-Up Operations**

**Location**: Ras Al Khaimah

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Reports to**: Owner

The laundry project will be one of the sister companies requiring a similar effective manager to withstand and is capable to run/ reach the company's standards and exceed the limits.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Laundry Facility Start-Up**:

- Lead the planning and development of a new hotel laundry facility, including site selection, layout design, and equipment procurement.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure the facility is built to industry standards and within budget constraints.
- **Operational Setup**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of laundry operations.
- Recruit, hire, and train a skilled team of laundry staff, establishing a culture of excellence, teamwork, and efficiency.
- **Equipment Selection and Installation**:

- Research and select appropriate laundry equipment, ensuring it aligns with the hotel's requirements and budget.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of laundry equipment, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop a strategic plan for the laundry startup, outlining short-term and long-term goals for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement systems to track and measure success.
- **Innovative Solutions**:

- Introduce creative and innovative solutions to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in laundry technology and implement relevant improvements.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**:

- Develop and manage the budget for the laundry startup, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising the quality of service.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure all laundry services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Implement inspection processes and maintenance schedules for equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in launching and managing laundry operations, preferably in a hotel /commercial setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and best practices in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in a startup environment.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on implementing creative solutions.
- Familiarity with environmental and sustainability practices in laundry operations.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
