**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Planting and Cultivating Crops**:

- Assist in preparing soil for planting, including tilling and fertilizing.
- Seed or transplant crops manually in open fields, nethouses, and greenhouses.
- Ensure crops are watered and maintained as per farm schedules and guidance from the Agricultural Engineer.
- **Harvesting**:

- Harvest fruits, vegetables, or other crops at the appropriate time to maintain quality and consistency.
- Handle produce carefully to avoid damage during the harvesting process.
- Sort, grade, and pack harvested crops into containers, ensuring they meet the farm's quality standards.
- **General Farm Maintenance**:

- Assist in maintaining farm infrastructure, including greenhouses, nethouses, irrigation systems, and farm machinery.
- Carry out pest and weed control using organic or approved methods.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on the farm.
- **Soil and Crop Health**:

- Monitor the condition of crops and report any signs of disease, pest infestations, or inadequate growth to supervisors or the Agricultural Engineer.
- **Farm Operations Support**:

- Load and unload supplies, produce, and equipment as required.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for delivery to the market.
- Work with other farm workers in a collaborative manner to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Follow all farm safety protocols, including the proper use of equipment and protective gear.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize accidents or injuries.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in farming or agriculture is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Experience working in greenhouses, nethouses, or with F1 hybrid seeds is a plus.
- **Physical Fitness**:

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- **Teamwork**:

- Ability to work cooperatively with other farm workers, supervisors, and the farm’s Agricultural Engineer.
- **Adaptability**:

- Willingness to learn and perform various tasks as per seasonal needs (planting, harvesting, etc.).
- Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends during peak seasons.
- **Communication**:

- Basic verbal communication skills in English or Arabic are preferred.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time position
- 6 days a week, with additional hours during peak seasons (harvest/planting times)
- Seasonal or year-round work depending on production requirements
