Sales Executive (Hindi Speaking)

Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive for a perfume store, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing perfumes. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of fragrances, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers and offer assistance in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their preferences and needs, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences, occasions, and budgets.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively engage with customers to promote and sell perfumes. Utilize product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to maximize revenue.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the perfumes available in the store. Stay updated on fragrance trends, brand information, and new product launches. Be able to educate customers about the different notes, ingredients, and origins of various perfumes.

Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store display. Ensure that all perfumes are properly labeled, priced, and stocked. Keep track of inventory levels and inform the store manager when stock needs to be replenished.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals. Provide excellent after-sales service, handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Promotions and Events: Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and events to attract new customers and boost sales. Participate in store events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives to create brand awareness and drive footfall.

Cash Handling and Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and maintain proper documentation. Adhere to store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with store colleagues and managers to achieve overall sales objectives. Share knowledge, best practices, and sales techniques with team members to enhance overall sales performance.

Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a perfume store or a luxury goods environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and connect with customers.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Passion for perfumes and a keen interest in fragrance trends and industry developments.

Knowledge of different perfume brands, notes, and fragrance families is desirable.

Basic understanding of cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
