As a Full-Time Trader, you will be responsible for executing trades in various financial markets with the goal of achieving consistent monthly returns while minimizing risk. You will have the autonomy to manage funds independently, adhering to strict performance targets and risk management guidelines set forth by the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute trades across multiple asset classes, including equities, forex, commodities, and derivatives, in accordance with established trading strategies and risk parameters.
- Generate consistent monthly returns within the range of 5-7%, while maintaining a maximum drawdown of 10% at any given time.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify trading opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Maintain a detailed trade journal documenting all trades, including entry and exit points, rationale, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze trading performance on a daily basis, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to the development of trading strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that may impact trading activities.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successful trading experience in financial markets.
