An upscale rooftop dining experience, at Milos flavors from the Greek Isles are transported to Dubai’s legendary Palm Island. From its sprawling terrace, diners can gaze over the dazzling fountains and the twinkling skyline while savouring the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean. Simplicity meets sophistication with family-style sharing plates, the day’s freshest catches - elaborately displayed on ice for diners to pick - and a raw bar with just some of the highlights including Greek wild oysters, and whole-fish sashimi and tartar. The man credited with introducing high-end Hellenic food, wine and hospitality Greece to North America, Costas Spiliadis is celebrated for his ‘meticulous gastronomy’ and for honouring the purity of ingredients. **About the role**

As an Assistant Manager at Milos, you will be assisting the Restaurant General Manager for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant’s daily activities. Your responsibilities include training and developing team members, coordinating employees schedule, and ensuring that company standard operating procedures, policies and procedures are being followed and consistently implemented. Finally, you will help minimize operating costs, boost employee’s retention, deliver outstanding guest service and overall customer satisfaction.
