JOB PURPOSE:
We’re looking for an energetic, highly motivated, team player who will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote conferences, workshops, and exhibitions, driving attendance and attracting trade visitors

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY DUTIES:

- Market and promote conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to attract attendees and trade visitors.
- Provide insights and reports on campaign success, including social media engagement and SEO performance (if applicable).
- Assist in raising requests for social media content, animations, and artworks with the Design and Production team.
- Provide input on creative ideas and ensure alignment with event branding.
- Assist in managing social media platforms for all PCO events, including content creation and scheduling.
- Provide onsite support for live social media updates during events. Update and maintain the flyer and social media timeline for assigned events.
- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing collateral and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Graduate
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in event marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role

**Skills required**:

- A social media enthusiast.
- Creative and able to think outside the box.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment.
- Experience or training in advertising, PR, online marketing or similar field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Clear understanding of Social Media Channel Functionality and Features.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
