- from concept to handover.

Must have excellent knowledge of materials and suppliers.

Must be able to Manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with project’s program, budget and time constraints

Must coordinate with project teams in the progress of architectural design and, interior design drawings, specifications, schedule, cost estimates and project reports.

Must be able to Utilize knowledge of furniture and technology, and custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications

Must carry out site visits with the Fitout and Joinery team to guide them through the Execution requirement

Must manage the selection of furniture systems and specifications with the clients.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

Mastery of 3DS MAX, V-Ray, Corona

Demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills and poise, capable of presenting to senior Business Leaders, Executives and Design Reviews

Wide interest/knowledge of creative industry

Must be able to effortlessly Develop design concepts

Must be able to Produce mood, material and design presentations independently or with mínimal supervision.

Provide extensive and rapid fire knowledge of FF&E vendors and resources to the team

Must be wildly creative and push the boundaries

Must provide leadership skills and team management with a desire to mentor junior staff.

Must have Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in addition to the ability to work independently

Must be able to Develop and review FF&E specifications and budgets

Maintain an accurate record (diary) of all meetings and actions

Develop design proposals for presentation to the client

Must have working knowledge of AutoCad, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop, Sketchup, and 3DStudio are required

Degree in Interior Design Or Architecture

Must have executed a minimum of 5 high end luxury projects in Residential and Commercial from start to finish in the UAE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Education**:
