**About the Role**:
As a Real Estate within our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, data-backed, and AI-enhanced property valuations. This position offers the unique opportunity to leverage your appraisal expertise alongside our cutting-edge platform, setting new standards in real estate valuation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive property valuations, integrating both traditional appraisal methods and innovative AI-driven insights.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to market transactions, price trends, and economic indicators to support valuation accuracy.
- Stay abreast of local real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and development plans to inform valuations.
- Collaborate with a team of data scientists and AI specialists to refine valuation models and methodologies.
- Provide clear and detailed valuation reports, ensuring transparency and defensibility of the valuation process.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, delivering complex valuation findings in an accessible manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., RICS, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate valuation or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools in the context of real estate valuation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- **A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.**

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
