Upholstery Foreman

We are looking for a Upholstery Foreman for our company’s day-to-day operations.

Craftsmanship: Utilize your advanced skills in upholstery techniques to fabricate and upholster furniture pieces with precision and attention to detail.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise a team of upholsterers and craftsmen, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Design Interpretation: Interpret design specifications and collaborate with designers to ensure accurate implementation of upholstery details and features.

Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process, from frame construction to final upholstery, to maintain consistency and excellence in craftsmanship.

Material Selection: Oversee the selection and procurement of upholstery materials, fabrics, padding, and other components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and design specifications.

Workflow Management: Coordinate workflow within the workshop, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Preferably Philippines Nationality.
- Salary: Based on experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
