Technology Support Executive - Job Description

We are looking for energetic Technology Support Executive to help our customers on their technology usage, guide them on the latest technologies and threats.

What you will be doing?
- Installing and configuring desktops/laptops/network devices for the corporate usage.
- Ability to understand the Solutions and Technology being positioned by you and explaining in layman’s terms to customers when needed.
- Understanding non-technology user’s requests and querries and providing with right assistance and support.
- Troubleshoot the issues reported and provide quick and permanent solution.
- Passionate in Technology and willingness to learn new technology.
