**Job Summary**:
SmartCrowd is seeking a passionate and innovative Junior Graphic Designer to be a driving force in our accelerated journey. As a Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor you will play a pivotal role in bringing our product and brand to life. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and editing engaging videos that highlight our award-winning platform, tutorials, and the overall SmartCrowd experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a love for tech.

You'll play a vital role in shaping the brand, working closely with the marketing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for emerging talent to gain hands-on experience, nurturing their growth while gaining insights into translating marketing needs and business objectives into creative pieces.

**Requirements**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce engaging digital & print assets, including social media graphics, website visuals, digital ads, and promotional materials, that reflect the essence of our brand.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content, such as explainer videos, how-to guides, and brand storytelling, that resonates with our investments-loving audience.
- Employ modern creative techniques, including motion graphics, animation, and interactive media, to elevate our visual content and keep our brand at the forefront of design trends.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and implement creative solutions that align with our brand strategy and goals.
- Manage multiple design and video projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.

**Skills & Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and understanding of visual storytelling, including experience with video editing
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving company needs and growth opportunities
- A team player who's ready to roll up their sleeves and dive right in
