Graphic Designer/ Social Media Executive

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative **Social Media Executive/ Graphic Designer** to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating posts and posting on our Social Media platforms in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.
- Real Estate Experience is preferred._

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Utilize your graphic design expertise to create visually appealing posts.
- Develop, implement and manage our social media platforms.
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools.
- Ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Provide constructive feedback.

**Requirements and qualifications**:

- **Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts** for company social media and websites with software such as **Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.**:

- Familiarity with video editing software like **Premier Pro** and **After Effects** is essential.
- **Photography/ Videography experience** is preferable to create visuals for layouts for social media tools such as reels, posts, etc
- 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of **Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+** and other social media best practices
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

**Job Location
- Business Bay, Dubai**

**Office Hours
- 9:30 - 6:30**

**Salary Range
- 3000AED- 4000AED**

**Other Benefits as per UAE Laws**

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Graphic Designing: 1 year (preferred)
- Social Media Executive: 1 year (preferred)
- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
