**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel and restaurant services, and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, offer recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a courteous and attentive attitude, ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their stay or dining experience.

**Food and Beverage Service Waiters/Waitresses**:

- Provide efficient and friendly table service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Knowledgeably describe menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Monitor and anticipate guest needs, promptly addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Set up and clean tables, ensuring a neat and organized dining area.

**Cashier**:

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.

**Housekeeping**:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
- Perform tasks such as making beds, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and restocking supplies.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms for prompt resolution.
- Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.

**Front Desk/Reception**:

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing efficient check-in and check-out services.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate guest requests, such as room service, wake-up calls, and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain accurate guest records, handle billing and payments, and resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly.

**Concierge**:

- Assist guests with travel arrangements, including booking flights, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and activities.
- Provide personalized recommendations and insider tips to enhance guests' experiences during their stay.
- Handle luggage storage and assist guests with baggage handling upon arrival and departure.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.

**Bellhop/Porter**:

- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, helping with luggage handling, and escorting them to their rooms.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services, as well as local directions and recommendations.
- Assist with valet parking services, ensuring the safe handling of guests' vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, and other public areas.

**Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs throughout the hotel, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other facilities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs or maintenance concerns in their rooms.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events and meetings.

**General Support**:

- Assist in other areas of hotel and restaurant operations as needed, including banquet setup, room service, and special events.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking, cash handling, and billing.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift and carry moderate loads, and per
