**Role Summary**:
The Saleswoman is responsible for establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer’s needs and preferences to provide personalized service and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Thoroughly understand the products or services offered by the company. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects. Address customer questions and objections effectively.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive.
- Maintain a sales pipeline to track and manage leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Prioritize leads and opportunities based on potential value and likelihood of closing.
- Provide accurate price quotes and negotiate terms with customers. Close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales records, reports, and documentation. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and post-sales support. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any problems in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market research to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
- Effectively manage time and sales territory to maximize productivity. Plan and prioritize sales activities and appointments.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional network. Leverage relationships for referrals and new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments. Seek training and development opportunities to improve sales skills.
- Maintain accurate customer interactions, sales activities, and transaction records. Generate regular reports for sales tracking and analysis.
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Maintain integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Corporate experience in the Sales field in the UAE.

- Excellent knowledge in hospitality etiquettes and trends.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions, sales presentations, and negotiations.

- Thorough knowledge of the company’s products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and sales strategies.

- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
