Dubai, United Arab Emirates LIFTING EQUIPMENT Full time

Provide secretarial support to the Managing Director by encoding correspondences, & documents, handling or screening of incoming calls and random visitors.
- To ensure about timely ticket booking, cancelation, re-booking etc. of the employees.
- To manage appointment/ meeting schedule and send reminders well in advance.
- Monitoring all the records of renewal (Trade licenses, offices, warehouses, etisalat connection and company vehicles)
- Sourcing new suppliers, negotiating discounts getting competitive quotes, based on volume of orders.
- Arranging import and export shipment dispatching (sea & air & road shipment)
- Make follow-ups to different departments, company, person any pending documents as requested by the Managing Director including the status thereof.
- Creation of employee passes (daily and annual JAFZA passes, Hamriya & Airport passes.
- Stationery: Maintaining the stationary/ pantry and PPE issued records and ordering the accordingly.
- Liasing & arrangement of all the repairing in the company such as AC & vehicles.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor Degree holder, additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
