**Job Description**:
As a Female Tele Sales cum Admin Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in engaging customers through tele sales activities while also providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Tele Sales:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and leads, promoting our products and services, and persuading them to make purchases.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Admin Support:

- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and administrative tasks using CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is beneficial.
