Office Manager

Dynamic Technology Lab (“DTL”) is a quantitative hedge fund established in Singapore and engages in global securities trading with multiple asset classes. As a tech-focused Licensed Fund Management Company under the Monetary Authority of Singapore, DTL is dedicated to producing strong consistent returns for its investors by relying on mathematical and statistical models to drive its investment process.
The Office Manager will be assisting in setting up DTL's Dubai office. Once the office is set up, he/she will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office including HR function and general office management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the office set up
- Responsible for daily administrative operations of the office and overall employee welfare
- Liaise with various external stakeholders (e.g. government bodies, vendors, third-party accountants, real estate agents, etc.)
- Work closely with the headquarter and provide regular updates
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in business administration, HR or equivalent
- Good knowledge of local employment laws
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask
- Detail oriented and quick learner
**Pluses**:
- Bookkeeping/accounting skills
- Past experience as PRO in DIFC
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
