**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and direct the tax team, ensuring all deliverables meet state and federal tax regulations.
- Review and approve tax reports, ensuring their adherence to applicable laws and guidelines.
- Ensure that the team is knowledgeable about state taxes and up-to-date with regulatory changes.
- Provide strategic tax advisory to clients, attending meetings, and resolving tax-related issues.
- Expertise in handling **Transfer Pricing Policies** and ensuring compliance with both local and international tax frameworks.
- Handle **Tax Litigation and Dispute Cases**, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve conflicts and legal tax issues.
- Stay updated on **Existing and Updated State Tax Regulations** to ensure the company's compliance.
- Develop and execute **Tax Planning** strategies to minimize liabilities and enhance tax efficiency for the organization.
- Lead and guide the tax team in tax-related audits, ensuring accuracy in filings and submissions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A minimum of **5 years of experience** in tax-related fields, with a strong focus on the areas mentioned.
- Proven experience in **supervisory roles** overseeing tax teams and managing tax reporting processes.
- Professional qualifications such as **CA/ACCA/CPA/CS/CMA** or equivalent.
- Expertise in **Transfer Pricing**, **Tax Litigation**, and **Local/International Tax Compliance**.
- Strong background in providing tax advisory services and attending client meetings.
- Solid knowledge of **State Tax Regulations** and the ability to manage compliance efficiently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
