**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Graphics**: Develop stunning visuals and marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring brand consistency and creativity.
- **Photography & Videography**: Capture high-quality photos and videos with your own professional equipment, focusing on content that appeals to our target audience.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and prepare engaging video content for TikTok and YouTube, optimizing for platform-specific trends and audience preferences.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies that align with our brand’s goals and target market.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple projects with varying deadlines, delivering high-quality content on time.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, photography, and videography.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design, photography, and video work.
- **Tools**: Must own and be proficient with your own professional camera, editing software, and other necessary tools.
- **Creativity & Detail**: Exceptional creativity, with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for producing visually stunning content.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Experience with social media platforms, particularly TikTok and YouTube, and an understanding of current trends and best practices.
