Hiring **Loyalty Analyst ** in Abu Dhabi.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in Marketing or CRM Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or other relevant discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in customer analytics (SQL/SaaS); Experience with APT (Applied Predictive Technologies), SQL, Tableau and/or Oracle Business Intelligence is a plus
- Applied experience of analytical techniques in a context of loyalty programs and/or direct marketing (Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing loyalty program)
- Ability to manage many projects concurrently and to meet tight deadlines
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing customer data, segmentation to help shape campaigns and communications and evaluate campaign performance and impact
- Develop and produce timely client and market/store reports that monitor changes in the client base
- Analyze the impact of loyalty marketing campaigns utilizing both quantitative and qualitative measures
- Analyze customer-level data to understand customer behavior and trends to provide recommendations on ways to optimize and refine promotional activity
- Connect transactional analysis with customer data to improve customer offers

- Analysis of the customer journey, and multi-variant tests to support Loyalty Customer Journey
- Design, Build and Present Pre-Campaign Forecast and Post
- Campaign analysis to audiences across all levels of the organization; Scrutinize data sets and reports to ensure accuracy, validity, and data integrity
- Track campaign performance and recommend necessary changes in campaign design and customer targeting to improve the campaign effectiveness
- Identify eligible members for specific offers based on pre-determined criteria (e.g.. Transactions, registrations, certificates redeemed, etc.) along with managing the annual loyalty measurement plan.
- Identify opportunities to better use existing analytical tools and provide inputs to BI for reports and dashboards development for key loyalty initiatives
- Work closely with Group IT/Analytics department to manage and structure the data and partner with Data Warehouse team to implement upstream data fixes as necessary to ensure data integrity
- Operate the financial model of the Program for optimization, ensuring the budget management leads to driving revenue growth and savings and/or drive cost benefits to business
- Build & Validate dashboards reporting detailing how the loyalty program is performing across several KPIs
- Produce and distribute regular and ad hoc reports, in conjunction with Loyalty Manager, for various stakeholders across the organization (Monthly preparation, monitoring and reporting of Marketing budget, Monthly Program Performance and any other Business Reporting on KPIs)
- Support any data extracts between providers, partners and internal IT for data integrity and accuracy.
- Fraud detection surrounding redemption of rewards

Ability to commute/relocate:
