We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Development Manager to join our ESL school in Dubai. As a key player in our team, you'll be tasked with driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships in the ESL industry with your market.

Fluency in one of the following languages is a must: French, Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or Farsi/Persian. This will be required to reach our objectives as your job will require communicating in these languages with clients and potential students.

We are happy to look at applicants abroad who can work online before eventually relocating to UAE.

If you meet this language requirement and are passionate about education, we want you on board

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective strategies to expand our ESL school's presence in Dubai and your market's locations.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients, including individuals, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Represent the school at industry events and networking functions to promote our services.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to win over clients.
- Track metrics and analyze data to assess business development success and recommend improvements.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-3 years sales experience, preferably ESL industry preferred.
- Bachelor's (in Education or Business)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or Farsi/Persian.
- Strong English language proficiency
