Job Description:
As a Sheesha Maker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have a memorable and enjoyable sheesha experience. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Sheesha Preparation:Selecting and blending high-quality tobacco and flavorings to create a wide variety of sheesha flavors.
Preparing and mixing sheesha ingredients with precision and consistency.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the sheesha preparation area.

Equipment Maintenance:Properly maintaining and cleaning sheesha equipment and accessories, including bowls, hoses, and charcoal burners.
Ensuring all equipment is in good working condition to provide an excellent sheesha experience for customers.

Customer Service:Interacting with customers to understand their sheesha preferences and making recommendations based on their preferences.
Offering excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns related to the sheesha experience.

Quality Control:Conducting taste tests and quality checks to ensure that the sheesha is of the highest quality and meets our standards.
Monitoring and adjusting sheesha ingredients as needed to maintain flavor consistency.

Hygiene and Safety:Adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols when handling sheesha ingredients and equipment.
Complying with health and safety regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:
To excel in the role of Sheesha Maker, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Experience: Previous experience in sheesha preparation and flavor mixing is preferred.

Knowledge: A strong understanding of different sheesha flavors, brands, and their unique characteristics.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is essential for maintaining flavor consistency and quality.

Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with customers and provide recommendations.

Hygiene and Safety: Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle sheesha equipment, which can be physically demanding.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth sheesha-making process.
