**Responsibilities**:_
- Answer telephone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
- Update and maintain employee data and all business-related documents.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, anticipate supply needs, and place orders as necessary.
- Process correspondence, reports, and other routine construction and project management documents.
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, mailing, and filing
- Prepare submittals, operation manuals, and other necessary documents
- Assist the Regional Manager and Deputy Manager in their day-to-day tasks.
- **Qualifications**:_
- 2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant / Secretary in Facilities Management.
- Nationality: Philippines
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in updating and maintaining documents.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
