Looking for a talented 3D graphic designer to join our team

We're looking for someone who's a natural problem-solver, has an eye for detail, and can work under tight deadlines. If you have a passion for 3D graphics and are excited about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating 3D models using computer software.
- Prepare commercially valuable 3D models based on the customer's requirement keeping in consideration the limitations in the production line.
- Interpret the client's business needs and offer solutions on new concepts to suit their purpose and budget requirements by thinking creatively.
- Translate customer requirements into final designs accurately and proactively eliminate any design errors/ typos on the final design by scrutinizing all inputs for the design.
- Collaborate with other designers and CRMs to understand project requirements and goals.
- Communicate potential bottlenecks, delays, and risks that might have effects on the timeliness/cost/ quality of the project.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to design challenges
- Staying up to date with the latest software and techniques in 3D design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, computer graphics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in 3D graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modelling software, as well as experience with texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Experience in key shot rendering or any other rendering software.
- Proficient in Autodesk 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in Blender, Sketch-up, and Rhino will be an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D design work to demonstrate your skills and creativity.
- Attention to detail and aesthetics is crucial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Team player.
- Excellent proficiency in English.

- Technical expertise: Strong technical skills in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Creativity: Able to think creatively and come up with unique and visually engaging designs.
- Attention to detail: An eye for detail is important to ensure that designs are visually appealing and meet technical specifications.
- Communication skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with the team.
- Time-management skills: Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Able to adapt to changes in project scope or direction and stay up to date with the latest software and techniques in 3D design.
- Problem-solving skills: The ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to design challenges.
- Passion for the craft: Passionate about 3D design.

**Salary**: From AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
