Chai Maker

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of South India chai, including masala chai, filter coffee, and specialty blends.
- Source and select high-quality tea leaves, spices, and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the chai preparation area.
- Engage with customers, offering personalized recommendations and educating them about our chai options.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation for all beverages.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal specials.
- Assist with inventory management and place orders for supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a chai or beverage preparation role, especially with South India styles.
- Strong understanding of traditional chai-making techniques and spices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
