We are recruiting for redeployment project for the Baleine Field in Côte d’Ivoire. Altera Infrastructure has been selected by Eni and its partner Petroci for using the

Voyageur Spirit on Baleine Field in Côte d’Ivoire. The Voyageur Spirit will undergo upgrade and life extension work in Dubai, to be ready for a firm operating period of 15 years on Baleine. Role Summary

The Commissioning Electrical Supervisor reporting to Commissioning Manager will be an integral part of AIP Project Management Team, working collaboratively within the AIP organization, systems, procedures, and methods. This role has been identified as a “Key Position” within Baleine FPSO/FSO project organization of AIP.

The Commissioning Electrical Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the quality of discipline related documentation on design solution and all engineering activities within EPC towards all disciplines. The Commissioning Electrical Supervisor shall ensure that all necessary information to execute commissioning and start-up is made available from all Contractor side Commissioning Electrical Supervisor shall ensure that the completion system (PIMS) has the necessary data available to execute system and sub-system definition, have P&ID ready for system boundary mark-up, and information available to develop a well-functioning PIMS The Commissioning Electrical Supervisorshall also be a part of review all FAT- and SAT-procedure and vendor commissioning procedures. A close relation with the Engineering, Construction and MC will be required to ensure alignment on plans and progress. Key activities to align will be “The Driving Force” in count down meetings and contribute to ensure Mechanical Completion activities are executed in accordance with Altera and Contractor requirements

**Function**:
Accountabilities
- Supervise commissioning process team
- Ensure that relevant activities within the discipline are within the company framework and in conformance with contract, Yard Execution Plan, and relevant regulations. The health and safety of personnel, natural and working environment and equipment shall be taken care of.
- Ensure good cooperation, communication and alignment between the base organization and the project.
- Work with AIP operations team as well as client to ensure clear guidance and clarifications are provided with regards to scope of work definition.
- Work with JV Yard organization, Altera Construction Team and Client to ensure compliance and verification activities required.
- Review and comment documents for process discipline
- Responsible for IDC comments verification and approval within commissioning team
- Prepare commissioning dossiers and procedures
- Participate in work pack review sessions as well as work packs preparation
- Participate in design reviews, HAZID’s, HAZOP’s and any other related safety studies.
- Report to Commissioning Manager any delays in progress under his/her area of responsibility.
- Participate in meetings, inspections and tri-party walks
- Collaborate closely with other key disciplines in the Engineering Team. Call off assistance from discipline resources.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications and Experience
- Technical education on Batchelor level or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience within operation, project execution and commissioning
- Proactive attitude towards safe working requirements
- Min 5years experience from Asian/Middle East shipyard
- Experience from min 3x FPSO conversion/FPSO redeployment
- Min 5years in identical position
- English fluently verbal and writing
- Experienced procedure writing
