- We're on the lookout for a dynamic Aviation Product Development Manager/Architect to spearhead our product development initiatives, focusing on crafting cutting-edge aviation products and services. This

- Guide the inception, design, development, and deployment of novel aviation products and solutions, ensuring alignment with market demands and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate intimately with engineering, design, and operations teams to establish product specifications
and architectures that meet strategic goals and comply with industry benchmarks.
- Navigate the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to market introduction, managing
timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Undertake thorough market research to discern industry trends and customer needs, shaping the
trajectory of future product development endeavors.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, motivating the team to embrace novel technologies and approaches in
aviation product design.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team, fostering professional growth and
excellence.
- Assume responsibility for engineering products/platforms, developing protocols, and virtualization
tailored to business solutions.

roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Design and oversee the implementation of custom solutions, ensuring integration with the broader
technology ecosystem.
- Diagnose integration challenges between business and product units, recommending solutions that enhance the overall technology framework.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation technology and product architecture.
- Mastery of project management tools and methodologies used in software development.
- Up-to-date with the latest aviation industry trends and technologies.
- Proficient in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams on multi-stakeholder projects.
