Location: Hamburg, Germany

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with ship owners, charterers, and other relevant stakeholders in the maritime industry.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities and negotiate charter contracts on behalf of clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends and changes, as well as industry news, to ensure effective decision making.
- Analyze market conditions, freight rates, and other relevant information to provide clients with market intelligence and recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure that all requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and business partners.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Multi-Purpose Vessel Broker or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the maritime industry, including the chartering and brokering of multi-purpose vessels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. German language skills would be an advantage.
- Ability to travel if required.
