Your responsibilities will be:

- **Should have 5 years of experience in a 4 star and 5 star hotel**:

- Supervisory experience is beneficial
- Work with in-house and online systems
- Ability to work on own and as part of the team
- Confident to take ownership of specific projects
- Priorities own workload as well as that of Reservations Group
- Be on call as and when required outside of working hours
- Delivering consistency of high level of excellence to ensure complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers and maximize the financial performance of the hotel.
- Ensuring all the telephone calls are answered and handled in a timely manner and in accordance with the brand standards.
- Ensuring all new existing bedroom, group and meeting room bookings checks are carried out in accordance with departmental and brand standards.
- Ensuring all reservations/group enquiries are dealt with a prompt and professional manner in accordance with brand standards.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day duties with selling the hotel and entering individual/groups/meeting room reservations, including arrivals checks, rooming lists, processing payments and communication to the hotel team.
- Completing other projects when and when required.

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Reservation Supervisor: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic and English (preferred)
