**Job Title**: Trainer/Marketing (Business, Technology Training and Consulting)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team in the heart of Abu Dhabi. As a key player in our AI technology consulting, you will be instrumental in promoting our services and contributing to the growth of our business. The responsibilities include:

- **Training Program Involvement**:

- Actively participate in the preparation of training programs.
- Collaborate in creating the training calendar.
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Formulate an effective marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Promote business consulting, AI, and digital transformation services.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis.
- Identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs.
- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in generating marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.
- **Campaign Development and Execution**:

- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- **Collaboration and Solution Development**:

- Collaborate with the training and consulting team to understand client requirements.
- Contribute to the development of tailored marketing solutions for the business.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and consulting.
- Align marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in AI, digital transformation, and innovative marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing training and consulting services in business and technology companies.
- Enthusiastic about marketing business consulting, AI, and digital transformation training and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science with a passion for marketing training and consulting services.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset to interpret data and draw strategic insights.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
