**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all HR operations.
- Handle all PRO activities including visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and cancellations.
- Liaise with government departments such as MOHRE, immigration offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Manage gate pass issuance through the CICPA Gate Pass System.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Provide support in other administrative tasks as required.
