**Role: Senior Lead Software Engineer**

**JD**:

- Customer Relationship management.
- Enterprise data ware house.
- Customer Segmentation, Archival Process.
- Online Integrations, Performance Tuning.
- MIS, Reporting.
- Provide technical operational support and issues problem resolution for all assigned systems.
- Articulate and document business requirements for projects, change requests, etc.
- Manage vendor service level and quality of support and development.
- Coordination between project and business teams during execution of projects and tasks.
- Provide business with required technical support, assessments and reports.
- Propose technical recommendations and improvements.
- Manage multiple initiatives and track projects / BAU requests / CRs to closure.
- Closely monitor incident tickets and problem tickets and close them before breach of SLA.
- Understand latest technology trends and provide improvement suggestion in the assigned systems.
- Provide periodic reports and monthly updates on the ongoing initiatives, problem tickets and CRs.
- Follow up with service teams / vendors for support issues and respond quickly to service tickets in a timely manner.
- Support and facilitate UAT of projects, CRs by adhering to quality control policies and guidelines.
- Support golive and post golive activities for projects and any releases to production.
- Attend the Market Seminars and Industry Forums to keep abreast with the latest technological trends and best practices and implements the best practices for the Bank.
- Coordinate Vendor Support Issues, implements Enhancements and customization.
- Ensures that availability and performance targets are met for all assigned Systems and that optimum service levels are required.
