- **Guest Services**: Oversee guest services operations, ensuring all guest needs are anticipated and met, from check-in to check-out.
- **Vendor and Service Provider Management**: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors (e.g., security, maintenance) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline property management.
- **Budget and Cost Management**: Manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining the highest levels of service.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all properties comply with local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards and rental laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in property management, real estate management, with a focus on properties or clients.
- Strong understanding and a proven ability to manage properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with property owners, vendors, and service providers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience managing properties in Dubai.
- Experience with sustainable property management practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and short-term rental regulations.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
