Our client is starting up their operations in Dubai and is looking for a Behavioral Therapist - Psychologist. You will play a crucial role in providing specialized care and support to individuals with special needs. Your main objective is to help enhance the overall quality of life and well-being of individuals with special needs by addressing behavioral, emotional, and cognitive challenges. Responsibilities:
Provide individual support and teaching in small group settings using ABA techniques,

Implement behavioral interventions, teaching strategies, and programs (including academics), as per the individualized education plan.

Create and maintain program materials

Handle Down Syndrome students as per the center-based program

Accompany students on educational trips or vocational programs outside the center.

Implement Daily Educational Activities

Take data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs

Communicate with parents daily with verbal and written feedback, in a professional manner

Write termly Progress Reports

Follow center health and safety rules

Follow Center Ethics

Attend staff training

Assist with parent events

Reports to Centre Manager

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors Degree (required) from an accredited university, in preferably in behavioral sciences, Psychology or Education
CDA Licensed (must)
RBT certified (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience with special needs children (age - 10+)
Effective verbal and written communication

**Location**: Mirdif, Dubai

**Timings**: Monday to Friday | 08.00 AM - 05.00 PM
