**Summary**:
Mark Williams is working with a prestigious Abu Dhabi Government entity with the mandate to consolidate services and govern multiple affiliates. They are launching an exciting new One ERP Program and are looking to recruit an experienced ERP Finance Function Lead to join the team.

Role:
Lead the functional module team, including process owners, data workers, change leads, and other Entity resources as appropriate to ensure that the future (To-Be) business process delivers business requirements, and is supported in line with the ADG ERP Scope.

Manage the inputs of functional consultants to deliver the project tasks and requirements within the constraints of the project timeline, budget, and scope

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop structure of process teams and profile of process team members; as well as nominate process owners/super users from the business
- Provide input into, sign off & own detailed project plans for the module work stream
- Identify gap solutions & closely coordinate with the Integration team for gap resolution in compliance with the One ERP scope and with business objectives; as well as for timely resolution of configuration; RICEF development and TPR’s (Test Problem Reports)
- Define the processes for the function, incorporating all required Entity’s input and ensuring Template compliance, and identified business benefits
- Secure functional alignment and approval on To-Be process design, and solution within the constraints of the scope of the Template
- Rapidly resolve issues raised by process teams and integration management
- Review and sign off of the Blueprint; Design and WRICEF specs
- Align required Master data to the processes activities as being captured in the blue print
- Lead data cleansing & construction as per Master data design
- Ensure all data issues are recognized and timely resolved
- Review and sign off new job roles and map individuals to job roles
- Managing with the Business re-organisation activities in advance of ‘go live’
- Reviewing and signing off training materials and user procedures
- Review and sign off test scenarios/scripts and test results
- Participate in and manage business resource participation in testing activities
- Signing off the implementation at critical milestones
- Provide input into the weekly plan provided by PMO & assign detailed activities for the team
- Ensure timely/quality completion of project deliverables through deliverables review & feedback
- Track and report project status on a weekly basis including identifying, categorizing and escalating project issues/risks
- Fully understand the ADGE ERP template solution and act as a project advocate within the business
- Timely Preparation and participation in Project Team Meetings as per local governance
- Conduct internal and external reviews and walk throughs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with end-to-end implementation of multiple large scale ERP Projects
- Experience with Finance Functional module implementation
- Strong Stakeholder management experience, ideally within government
- Strong understanding of Business functions
- Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field
- 10+ Years Relevant experience
