**The Opportunity**:
As a PMO Lead, you will have experience performing a similar role previously within a professional services company, where you will have gained a strong understanding and experience of project delivery and acceptance processes, high attention to detail, and a good level of financial awareness, coupled with excellent knowledge of project and programme management methodologies

**Skills and Experience**:
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, associates and at all levels of management. Able to present to senior levels of the organisation.
- Experience in working at pace in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Good understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the business.
- Ability to work on own initiative, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance.
- Excellent organisation skills, forward planning and structured in approach.
- Demonstrable experience of project management experience and/or working in a PMO Role.
- To be proficient in the use of Excel to create reports and analyse data including manipulation of complex data sets.
