**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Draughtsman to join our team of professionals in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. As an HVAC Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and plans that guide the installation, modification, and maintenance of HVAC systems in various projects. Your ability to translate engineering specifications into detailed visual representations will contribute to the successful execution of HVAC projects and the overall efficiency of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Technical Drawings**:Develop detailed and accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings, schematics, and plans for HVAC systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.Incorporate engineering specifications, equipment data, and other relevant information into drawings.
- **Design Modifications**:Assist in the modification and adaptation of existing HVAC drawings and plans to accommodate design changes or project revisions. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that design modifications adhere to safety and performance standards.
- **Materials and Components**:Create bill of materials (BOM) and technical documentation for HVAC systems based on the drawings and specifications. Research and recommend suitable HVAC components, materials, and equipment for projects, considering factors such as efficiency, cost, and availability.
- **Quality Assurance**:Review and verify the accuracy of completed drawings, plans, and schematics to ensure they align with project requirements and industry standards. Address any discrepancies or inconsistencies in drawings through collaboration with engineers and project managers.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Effectively communicate design concepts and technical information to both technical and non-technical team members.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to HVAC design and drafting. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of drafting techniques and tools.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Design, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years** in **Electro Mechanical Feild**.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) for creating 2D and 3D technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free technical drawings.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with diverse project teams.
- Problem-solving skills to address design challenges and modifications.
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Prior experience in HVAC drafting or related roles is a plus.

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month
