The Chief Editor will be responsible for leading the creation and curation of engaging and high-quality content for the company's social media and web platforms. This includes developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives, and overseeing a team of content creators to execute on this strategy.

In this role, you will be expected to have excellent writing and editing skills, as well as strong creative and strategic thinking abilities. You should also have a keen understanding of social media and web content best practices, and be well-versed in the latest trends and techniques for creating effective and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives
- Oversee a team of content creators to execute on the content strategy
- Curate and create original content for the company's social media and web platforms
- Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of quality
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content creation and curation
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to align content with overall business goals and objectives

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Marketing, or English
- 5+ years of experience in content creation and curation
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities
- Keen understanding of social media and web content best practices
- Experience in an internet media company is a plus
- Familiarity with the UAE market is a plus
