**Job Summary**:
The Showroom Supervisor is the face of Al-Saad Home Company, responsible for providing excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and actively engaging with clients. This includes carefully listening to customer needs and preferences in terms of styles, sizes, and colours, as well as successfully presenting the items enticingly to stimulate sales. A friendly demeanour, coupled with professionalism, is essential for creating an honourable company image and effectively persuading customers to choose Al-Saad Home's offerings.

**Tasks and duties**:

- Ensuring customer satisfaction is essential, necessitating a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Following the area and branch manager's instructions to ensure compliance with operational standards and achieve our objectives effectively.
- Effectively communicate with customers about the products and services.
- Dealing with customers in a sophisticated and professional manner.
- Asking simple questions to determine customers' needs and wants.
- Listening to and comprehending customer needs to deliver the appropriate goods, styles, sizes, and colours.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to gain customer confidence.
- Responsible for ensuring that the allocated department/section follows store standards.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Experience: The position is open even for fresher graduates.**

**Language**:

- Arabic
- English (preferred).

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
