Position: Interior Site Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract Duration: 12 months

As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the on-site implementation and execution of interior design elements for a major Smart Design project undertaken by a leading Energy Group in Dubai. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure that interior installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. On-Site Supervision**:Provide on-site supervision and coordination of interior construction activities, ensuring adherence to design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

**2. Quality Control**:Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify the accuracy, completeness, and quality of interior installations, finishes, and materials.

**3. Schedule Management**: Monitor and manage the progress of interior work activities, identifying potential delays, obstacles, or conflicts, and implementing corrective measures to ensure project timelines are met.

**4. Resource Allocation**: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and efficiency.

**5. Safety Compliance**:Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site, implementing safety measures and protocols to mitigate risks and hazards.

**6. Issue Resolution**: Address any on-site issues, conflicts, or discrepancies promptly, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to identify solutions and facilitate resolution.

**7. Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and as-built documentation, ensuring documentation is updated and accessible to relevant parties as required.

**8. Client Communication**: Act as a primary point of contact for client representatives and stakeholders, providing regular updates on site progress, addressing client concerns, and seeking feedback to ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in site supervision or construction management, preferably in interior fit-out projects within the commercial or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to interior installations.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable to construction sites in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic construction environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Valid UAE driving license.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,096.26 per month
