**Job Description** As a Scan to BIM Modeler you will be responsible for transforming 3D laser scan data into accurate and information-rich Building Information Models (BIM). You will work closely with the BIM team and project managers to deliver high-quality models that serve as the foundation for successful construction projects.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**
- Proficient in generating 2D and 3D design data from scanned point cloud data, aligning with customer specifications while adhering to industry standards (Scan to BIM).
- Collaborate closely with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of project scope.
- Support project estimation efforts by providing accurate and practical timeframes.
- Manage vendor coordination and ensure quality control for outsourced projects.
- Implement effective data and process management practices to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
- Take charge of Scan to BIM Scope during Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Deliver industrial-level technical training on FARO software solutions.

**Qualification and Education Requirements**
- B.E/B.Tech or any equivalent degree

**Minimum Experience/ Competency Required**
- Proven experience of 5+ years.
- Proficiency in point cloud registration (FARO Scene and similar Softwares)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and 2D and 3D modelling softwares
- Deep Knowledge in Industrial standards of drafting and modelling
- Good communication skills

**Accountability**: Accuracy and completeness of BIM models created from scan data, Meeting project deadlines and milestones, Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders, Adhering to company policies and BIM standards.
