A cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential or commercial properties. The job description of a cleaner typically includes the following duties:
Cleaning and Sanitizing: The cleaner performs routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure a clean and tidy environment. They clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, staircases, and restrooms.

Waste Management: The cleaner collects and properly disposes of waste, including emptying trash bins on recycling containers.

Surface Cleaning: The cleaner cleans and disinfects surfaces such as countertops, tables, chairs, windowsills, and fixtures. They may use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to remove stains, grime, and dirt.

Floor Care: The cleaner maintains and cares for different types of flooring, tiles, hardwood, or laminate. This involves regular sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and occasionally performing floor stripping and waxing or carpet shampooing as required.

Restroom Maintenance: The cleaner ensures cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms by cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. They may also restock restroom consumables as needed.

Window and Glass Cleaning: The cleaner cleans windows, glass partitions, and other transparent surfaces to maintain a clear and streak-free appearance. This may involve using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.

Maintenance of Cleaning Equipment: The cleaner maintains and cleans cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and buffers, to ensure their proper functioning. They may also report any equipment malfunctions or request repairs.

Emergency Cleaning: The cleaner may be required to respond to emergency cleaning situations, such as spills, leaks, or accidents, and take appropriate action to clean and mitigate any potential hazards.

Regular updates: The cleaner interacts with residents, tenants, or building occupants in a professional and courteous manner. They respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide assistance as needed by reporting to the supervisor.

A building or apartment cleaner requires good physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They should possess basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment. Effective communication skills, time management abilities, and the willingness to adapt to different cleaning requirements are also important for success in this role.

- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Good communication skills

**Salary**: AED1,100.00 per month
