**Job description**

**Summary**

As a Leasing Agent in our dynamic real estate team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the leasing process for residential and commercial properties. Your primary responsibilities will include marketing available properties, conducting property tours, screening potential tenants, and ensuring a smooth leasing experience for both landlords and tenants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available properties.
- Follow up the property listings
- Conduct property tours to showcase features and highlight key selling points.
- Address tenant inquiries and provide relevant property information.
- Collaborate with property owners to negotiate lease terms and conditions.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all legal requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and agreements.
- Facilitate the signing of lease documents by all parties involved.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Address and resolve tenant concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
- Provide market analysis reports to assist in determining optimal rental pricing.

- Negotiation Skills
- Organization and Time Management:

- Ability to effectively communicate with property owners, tenants, and colleagues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating property listings, negotiating lease terms, and addressing tenant inquiries.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive and professional leasing experience for tenants.
- Ability to address tenant concerns and build positive relationships.
- Understanding of local real estate market trends, property values, and rental rates.
- Detail-oriented approach in reviewing lease agreements, conducting property inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
- Quick problem-solving skills to address tenant concerns or unexpected property issues.
- Basic sales skills to effectively market and promote available properties.
- Experience in the field of real estate at least one year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Abu Dhabi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (required)
