We seek a diligent, experienced Site Inspector with a civil engineering background to join our on-site team, ensuring projects meet quality standards, safety protocols, and design specifications.
- Position Overview:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed drawings and plans for concrete and steel structures, including foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and other structural components.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop and refine design concepts.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create accurate and detailed drawings.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Review and analyze project specifications, sketches, and drawings to determine the necessary information and details for drafting.
- Perform site visits to collect measurements and other data as needed.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and clients.
- Maintain an organized database of drawings and related documents.
- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and cost estimates.
- Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Structural Draftsman, with a strong portfolio of concrete and steel projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and structural design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software and BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
- Certification in CAD or related software.
- Understanding of construction processes and methods.
